The meeting followed a specific Agenda as follows:
1. Discussion about the future collaboration between AGBU Sofia and AGBU Plovdiv
2. Organisation of a mutual national Camp Unger
3. In view of better knowing each other and a better cooperation - Proposal for periodic meetings between all the AGBU Bulgarian chapters Preparation of Annual Calendar of joined events
4. Expansion of relationship between two branches through initiation of closer relationships within YPs and Ladies Clubs
5. Popularization of the “AGBU’s Voice” newspaper
6. Cultural exchange between the two chapters:
- Concert of VIS Erebuni in Sofia
- Saturday School children theater of AGBU – Plovdiv in Sofia on June 5th
- Concert of AGBU Sofia Chamber Orchestra in Plovdiv
- Promotion of Hrant Dink’s book in Sofia
- Organisation of benevolent events for support of talanted children (musicians, artists, actors and theather groups)
- Preparing a Nahbed Kuchak poetry, translated by the late writer and poet Hagop Melkonian
