December 9, 2107 - Concert in Armenia with guest conductor from Bulgaria maestro Bedros Papazyan - conductor of AGBU Sofia Chamber Orchestra

On December 9 this year, in the Chamber Music House in Yerevan a concert of classical music took place with the participation of the State Chamber Orchestra of Armenia, with guest conductor from Bulgaria Maestro Bedros Papazyan - conductor of the "AGBU Sofia Chamber Orchestra".

The event was organized with the support of the Armenian Charity Union Bulgaria (AGBU). Soloist of the orchestra was one of the most famous and internationally recognized Armenian violists Vache Hoveyan. The participants were presented by composers Georg Handel, Jan Benda, V. Manukyan, Fritz Craisler, A. Piazzolli, as well as works by the Bulgarian composers Georgi Andreev, V. Spasov and Vladimir Dzhambazov. At the concert was attended by many honorable guests, including the ambassadors of Bulgaria, the Czech Republic and Switzerland. During the concert, conductor Bedros Papazyan was awarded a gold medal by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Armenia. The violinist Vache Hoveyan, who is director of the National Chamber Music Center, was awarded with a medal at the Parliamentary Assembly on OND for merit in the development of culture and art. The concert had great success and went into a warm atmosphere, witnessed by the audience's relentless applause.
